My practice has benefited from aligning with other independent practices in Health Connect IPA. We have been able to enhance patient care and receive funding to pay for patient-centered medical home services like care coordination. The IPA participates in value-based contracts that we otherwise could not get as a small or medium-sized practice. My providers and my patients are very satisfied with the improved offerings we now have because we are a member of the IPA
